Negative Effects of Mind Control

  • Oct 15, 2008
  • Post a comment

Usually, when we first hear the words "mind control," we automatically think of something negative. This is not without merit as there are many people who try to use mind control for their own schemes. These people are not only hurting others but hurting themselves.

If you fail to acknowledge another person's intrinsic worth and attempt to violate his or her mind, you will increase your negative karma." Bad karma is hard to get rid of so it's in your best interest not to collect them.

Using mind control because you are intrigued with the idea of controlling other people's mind is not a good thing unless you want to use it to help heal people or, perhaps, to make people laugh such as a hypnotist who entertains people in shows.

Remember: What goes around, comes around. Do not stray to the wrong path. You will only perpetuate pain in the lives of others and consequently, Yourself.

Negative consequences from not using mind control wisely, exponentially manifests itself upon the perpetrator as sort of a cosmic reprimand. The keyword here is "exponentially manifest." You will get way more good or bad from what you put out to the universe.

A bonus for using positive mind control for healing others is that YOU will feel the positive effects on your body from healing others.

If you want to help people deal with certain problems or issues (bad habits, aches and pains, depression, etc.) then good for you. That's essentially what a good mind control course is about.

Helping people by providing them with an alternative to dealing with their problems through healing is the way towards a brighter future. A course on healing through mind control will certainly benefit you in terms of self-development and ultimately, it will help others as you put your learning into practice.

Increase Your Chances of Having a Panic Attack?

  • Sep 9, 2008
  • Post a comment

Anyone who has had a panic attack before knows that it is not something you want more of. But there are so many “how not to avoid panic attacks techniques out there that we have decided to take a reverse, sort of, tongue-in-cheek approach. Here goes.

How to Get Your Share of More Panic Attacks

In order to increase your chances of robust panic attacks at greater frequency you must increase your supply of stress. Mental stress can be nourished by additional stressors imposed by the body called food.

Increase your intake of certain foods and in no time, you will be experiencing an abundance of panic attacks. If you survive, you will never want for more.

The key ingredient is to liberally include the following to your diet:

  • Eat lots of starchy, white-colored food; this is to build up your supply of starch. This is for later, as it turns itself into sugars.
  • In the short-term, have some pastries and desserts to tide you over.
  • Sugar is an excellent trigger for panic attacks as it helps to speed up your metabolism.
  • Drink it down with lots of caffeine. There are a lot of choices here; coffee, tea, sodas and, my favorite, energy drinks. Diet and de-caffeinated drinks should be avoided if you want the maximum effect. The caffeine speeds up your metabolism as well as helps your body absorb sugar.

Keeping your body filled with an overdose of these food ingredients will be sure to help you on your way to a good panic attack or at least another type of “attack,” if you know what I mean.

May I Suggest Self Hypnosis

  • Aug 15, 2008
  • Post a comment

Many people blame their hypnotist for not being able to help them with issues such as breaking smoking habits, curing their aches and pains, getting rid of their phobia, and the like. What they may not realize is that self help teachers inevitably use the same basic principles that are taught when learning

how to hypnotize

one’s self.

What I’m suggesting is that, perhaps, the blame should not be placed on the hypnotist but on the self. These professionals should really be used as a guide or, to put it bluntly, a tool, to assist you to perform the hypnosis on yourself.

Self hypnosis is really a form of self help.

Your mind will only allow you to do what is “suggested” of you. If you have control of your mind, you will do only what is suggested, only if you want to do it.

If hypnosis conjures up visions of people in freak shows standing up, flapping their arms up and down like a chicken across the stage; and pecking then may I suggest, that until you learn how to control your mind, you do not participate in these events as it is likely you will do what your mind is imagining you will do.

Afraid of Hypnosis?

Once you are aware that you use self-hypnosis on a day-to-day basis, you will not be afraid of the term.

For a long time, I didn’t know that I was actually hypnotizing myself. At that time, I would never have knowingly “hypnotize” myself.

But once you realize that that many self help books are all filled with terms that are interchangeable in the language of self hypnosis, the concept of self-hypnosis may not appear so daunting.

  • Visualization
  • Positive Affirmations
  • Relaxation Techniques

In words such as “positive affirmations, “visualization,” “relaxation techniques,” the main difference is in the presentation of the material.

Do these phrases sound familiar?

  • Think of a place that makes you happy.
  • Feel the tension flowing out of your body.
  • Clear your mind.

Are they eerily familiar? If so, I hate to tell you this but this is a form of hypnosis and you may have even learned how to hypnotize your self.

Has This Happened to You?

Think of the times you’ve left the house and had to turn back because you weren’t sure if you locked the door, put out the cat or turned off the stove. In this case, your mind was distracted by where you were going, of future events, of things that had not happen. Yet, you did not focus your mind on each simply the task at each moment of its experience.

The point of this article is that self hypnosis is just self help in another form. Wouldn’t it be better to take control of the mind and designate, just exactly, when and how you use hypnosis on yourself?

Still don’t want to

learn how to hypnotize

yourself because you don’t like the term hypnosis? Call it whatever you want. “That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.”--Juliet
